#T5W Top 5 Books that Blew my Mind (In a Good Way)

Hello All!

Thought I would take a break from WWW Wednesday this week and do a Top 5 courtesy for Top 5 Wednesdays over at Goodreads!

Today I’m going to introduce you all to the Top 5 Books that BLEW MY MIND!!  You know those books that you finished and you suddenly find yourself dazed and confused, half way to Mexico thinking “….what just happened???”

Okay… maybe that’s exaggerating a little, BUT YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I MEAN!! Now these are in no particular order as it’s hard enough for me to MAKE a list, let alone PUT IT IN ORDER!! You’ll also notice that all of these books are a little newer. Well, I’m pretty sure I am getting senile. With all of the books I’ve read, I can only seem to remember the ones that Goodreads can remind me about unless I look through my physical collection which is 90% packed up in boxes due to lack of room… so, this is a list of the Top 5 I can REMEMBER!!

 

Have any of you ever seen the movie “Cube”?? It’s a classic, and one of my favourites! (Okay, so in a cheesy way… Cube 2: Hypercube was EVEN BETTER!) This book blew my mind like that. Words cannot describe. I hope to review this book for a #TBT someday when I have time to re-red something again! Check it out on Goodreads, and if you’re smart, ADD IT TO YOU TBR LIST!!

So, if any of you say”but I saw the movie and it wasn’t very good!”  …I WILL NEVER SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN!! The movie was BAD. Just steer clear. But, PLEASE! Read the book!! It is very weird, but in an amazing way!! (Another one I want to re-read as a #TBT!! Mostly because I now have book #3 in the series “What the Hell Did I Just Read” and I want to go into it fresh!) I had to add this one to the list because, it not only left me AT THE END thinking “what just happened??” It started me at the BEGINNING thinking that! I had no idea what this book was about, and I think that’s how EVERYONE should go into it! I’m going to leave a link to Goodreads. But, DON’T READ ANY REVIEWS!! Just read the book yourself, you’ll thank me!!

Okay, so I know that I talk about this book….A LOT. But, SERIOUSLY there’s a reason for that!! It was so much better than anything I would have expected!! It was a little bit of every sort of horror! check out my review HERE if you missed it, also check it out of Goodreads!

A FANTASTIC Graphic Novel Series that has such an intricate story and such FANTASTIC illustrations! I would read them again and again if I had the time, because I feel like every time I did I would learn something new!!
