Game On!! Unicorn Magic Ring Toss Edition

I know that you’re all thinking “Unicorn Magic Ring Toss Edition”?? What does that even mean… And, WHY is that a thing?

Well, my friends let me tell you a tale. A tale of how a girl’s night with my sister became a magical night of throwing foam rings at each other and trying to catch them on unicorn horns attached to our heads….

….. Wait. I guess that was the story. We got together, and threw foam rings at each other trying to catch them of unicorn horns attached to our heads.

 

Did we look like fools? OF COURSE! Did we care?? HELL’S NO! Everyone should be a unicorn at least once in their lives, and this was our chance!

 

Rules:

2 player game:

Starts with the oldest player

Each player takes all 6 rings and takes turn throwing them, while the other player tries to catch them on their horn. Whoever catches the most wins the game.

Team Play:

If you have more players you can. Split everyone into teams. Each team gets a set of 3 rings, team members take turns throwing rings at their respective unicorn trying to get them on its horn. The team that gets the most rings on, wins.

This game was surprisingly fun. We have no idea who won (me) because we were too busy laughing to even keep score (I totally won because my sister was awful at the game). Ha ha!

My man, who categorically REFUSED to play the game stating it was “just so stupid” wound up playing with us to “show me how it’s done”.

Look who wanted to be a unicorn after all?!

*Warning* when wearing the hat, watch where you point that horn. Us humans are not accustomed to horns and someone may lose an eye! Ha ha!

And, we all celebrated with Nutella perogies from “Stuffed with Love” “Nutella perogies?!?!” you ask?

It is a real, and delicious, thing!!

All in all, I feel like Magic Unicorn Rings is a great party game for any crazy adults, or families! It’s a riot for all ages. (Best served with copious amounts of alcohol for adults!)

I don’t normally pair my games with alcohol, but this would go perfect with my Unicorn Cocktail.
