Well, today is the day to ignore our gross winter weather (well, got MOST of us at least!!) And pretend that we’re somewhere nicer for a little while!!

Alright, got your playlist all ready??

Well, now it’s time to set the MOOD…


And now, the most important thing… THE DRINK!!



  • 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
    1 oz Cointreau or other orange liqueur
    1 1/2 oz silver Tequila
    (optional) a squeeze of agave syrup
    Kosher Salt
    wheel of lime for garnish


  1. Rub a wedge of lime around the edge of your glass and spin it in some kosher salt to rim
  2. Fill glass with ice and wheel of lime
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and other ingredients (add the agave syrup if you like a sweeter margarita)
  4. Shake for approximately 20 seconds to chill
  5. Pour into glass
  6. CHEERS!!

      1. Oh it definitely does! We usually have to go to the states to find it. Here a bottle of Cabo wabo is about $70. There, I can get it for about $30!! Herradura Tequila is pretty good too but half the time I can’t even FIND it here!!
