I am Nicole and I am an avid reader and an alcohol connoisseur.. which it totally different from an alcoholic.. I swear. I am trying to get into the editing world and in doing so I learned that giving my opinions and networking in as many forms of media as I could is the way to get heard! I wanted to create an open forum to pair alcoholic drinks with books based on the theme, feel and/or content of the book. I will warn anyone who joins me here that you will get a very eclectic range of books as I will read anything from Rom Coms, sci-fi, and fantasy to Bizzaro, Steampunk and Biographies, whatever pairs with an interesting drink! I will also say that I am very honest and I will not pander to the popular or feel the need to give a good review just because I got an ARC read of a certain book. I believe that everyone deserves the truth no matter how much it hurts.. EVEN ME! I would love everyone’s opinions! AND LET THE DRINKS FLOW!! (Let’s just not have the drinks make the honesty get TOO out of hand!) ;p

    I think she tagged me for this but it is in my draft file… Hmmm I wonder why? But hush… Don’t tell her. She may have forgotten.

    2. Haven’t forgotten but it did take me well over a month to get to the one you tagged me in. And I still have one from Nicole too… it’s the book cover-blog name one. Need to find some time to put that together.

      1. Nooooo. When I had android I never had any soc media accounts on the phone 📱:) it was too difficult to navigate. So I always used my laptop…until that day I bought my first IPhone haha

    But you don’t like shopping?? Well…honestly if it’s for groceries and clothes…I totally agree. But if it’s for movies, books and anime merchandise I can shop till I drop 😂😂

    You really tried to make your eyesight worse??? Jeez an ages! Clearly there were cool glasses in your optometrist’s office. I was not pleased with the ugly ass plastic frames I had to choose from.

    2. Oh no way. I had these 3D glasses when I was younger, with big black frames (grandpa glasses) and I punched out the lenses and wore them to my grade 8 graduation with a powder blue bucket hat….. I clearly didn’t even have an inkling as to what “cool” was!! 😂😂 I will totally find the picture and post it! (I also wore a Cape, red spider web dress and elbow length gloves to my prom!) 😂🕸️🕷️
