I used to listen to the Nancy Sinatra version on an old diner jukebox a million years ago, Nicole. I like Cher’s version too, but Nancy brings back a whole era. I’m going with her. 🙂

Nicole I’m doing a blog post about what your favorite fictional world is out of star wars , lord of the rings or marvel . What would your favorite be?
The reason I ask was is because my sister a few of her friends and a Co worker of mine were sipping tea and eating cookies

And this question came up and with an almost unanimous vote they all said they liked the mcu the best because from their perspective sw &lotr are “boring”

No way, man. Star Wars all the way!! Marvel is too “normal earth” for me!! And…. I just have a thing with Tolkien’s wordiness that makes me not want to choose LOTR. Lol!! 😂😂

This was a tough one between Nancy and Cher (although Betty’s is nice too). But ultimately, I think I have to go with Nancy!

I’ll have to go with Cher but that’s probably because that’s how I heard the song first and that version of it always stuck with me. This is a song that I’ve liked in multiple forms but my favourite is still the one I heard first.

Yeah they all worked for me today now I am singing it in my head so thank you for that…It was Nancy and now it’s Cher just by a whisker a bit more edgy 🙂
